Downtown Mixed Use Community Now Leasing
A new mixed-use housing community is now open in the heart of Downtown Ontario. Located on Euclid Avenue between C and D Streets, C-Block offers 144 apartment homes, 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space (now leasing), three green courtyards, nine Tesla Supercharging stations, and a swimming pool and spa area.
The complex features one- and two-bedroom floor plans with walk-in closets, quartz countertops, and in-unit laundry. Residents also have access to a fitness center, BBQ area, community rooms, and more—all within walking distance of Downtown Ontario’s shops, restaurants, and events.
As part of the City’s plan to create a vibrant 18-hour district, C-Block adds new housing, retail, and energy to the downtown area.

 Ontario continues to grow with the addition of New River Electrical Corporation's California office, now open for business. California STEP Grant Round 4
The California State Trade Expansion Program (STEP) grant supports small businesses aiming to grow through international trade. Eligible California businesses can apply to participate in up to two STEP events per federal fiscal year and may also qualify for Export Vouchers covering up to 75% of pre-approved export-related expenses, with a maximum reimbursement of $10,000.
The Round 4 application period for Export Vouchers is open from June 1 to August 29, 2025, for activities occurring between September 1 and September 30, 2025.
