City Council Meetings
 Regularly scheduled City Council Meetings are held at 6:30 PM on the first and third Tuesdays of the month.
Meetings are held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 303 E. B Street. Meetings are broadcasted LIVE on OntarioTV and our local cable Channel 3.

Residential Street Sweeping in Ontario
 To improve our streets and protect our community, the City of Ontario is implementing new street sweeping parking restrictions. This program is essential to prevent flooding, protect our stormwater systems, and keep our streets clean.
Key Things to Know:
- Sign Installation: Began in late October 2024 and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2025.
- Enforcement: Enforcement will begin citywide on Monday, May 5, 2025.

OPD Citizen's Academy
 The Citizen’s Academy is an opportunity for the public to learn about the Ontario Police Department through exciting demonstrations and presentations. We invite you to join our FREE 10-week program that will allow participants who are 18 years and older to learn about the following areas:

CERT Is Around the Corner
 The Ontario Fire Department is gearing up for our April Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) academy. Registration will be opening soon, and you can join our interest list to be notified when it goes live. This training is free and open to anyone age 16+ interested in learning about how they can be an effective responder in their family and their community, including skills such as first aid, light search and rescue, and hazard identification. This training is provided by the Ontario Fire Department using the nationally recognized 20-hour curriculum approved by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Upon completion, you are also eligible to become an active Ontario CERT Volunteer.
