Dodgers Baseball Coming to Ontario
 The City of Ontario will welcome its first professional baseball team in 2026, the Single-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers. The team, now under new ownership with Diamond Baseball Holdings, will play at the future Ontario Sports Empire Complex. Diamond Baseball Holdings operates over 35 minor league teams nationwide, including other Dodger affiliates. Ontario is officially Dodgers country, and we’re excited to bring Minor League Baseball to the community.
Ontario Medical Center Receives Recognition
 The Kaiser Permanente Fontana and Ontario Medical Centers were recognized among the Best Hospitals 2024-2025 by U.S. News & World Report. Both centers ranked 3rd in the Riverside-San Bernardino area for safe, high-quality care. Nationally, 37 out of 39 Kaiser hospitals, including Fontana and Ontario, were rated “high performing” for one or more of 35 specialties, conditions, and procedures. The Fontana and Ontario Medical Centers were rated "high performing” in one adult specialty and eleven conditions/procedures, placing them among the top 10% to 20% in the nation.
Cheba Hut Opens in Ontario
 Cheba Hut, a "toasted" sub shop founded in 1998, has opened their location at 1900 Inland Empire Blvd Ste A. The menu features over 30 signature sub sandwiches, salads, a variety Rice Krispy treats and munchies. Many locations also offer craft beer bars featuring local beers from neighborhood breweries. Cheba Hut combines great food and a laid-back atmosphere, offering a unique dining experience.
Poki Bowl Opens in Ontario
Poki Bowl is now open at 3520 E Guasti Road, Suite 120, offering a fresh take on the traditional Hawaiian dish with an Asian twist. Known for fast, fresh, and healthy “seafood in a bowl,” customers can create their own poke experience. Ingredients are prepared openly with a focus on quality and transparency. Poki Bowl delivers great food and a unique, casual dining experience.
Kids Dental Land Opens in Ontario
 Kids Dental Land, a children’s and adult dentist has opened its new location at 1630 East 4th St. Specializing in children’s dental care, they offer services in both English and Spanish to better serve the community. Their patient-first approach is led by Dr.Mike and a team dedicated to treating everyone like family. They focus on building trust, recommending only necessary treatments, and ensuring every visit leaves parents and children with happy healthy smiles.
