UPDATE - Winter Holiday Closures
CORRECTION: The Utility & Customer Service Center and Municipal Utilities Company at City Hall will be closed December 25 & 26, open December 27 – 29, and closed January 1 & 2.
Winter Holiday Closures
City Facilities will be closed in observance of the winter holidays from Sunday, December 24, 2023, through Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Normal business hours will resume on Wednesday, January 3, 2024.
City Facilities that will be closed include City Hall offices, City Hall Annex, Community Improvement, and the lobby entrances for Police and Fire.
The Ontario Access Center will remain open to the public from Tuesday, December 26 through Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 9 AM to 4 PM but will close to the public on Monday, December 25 and Friday, December 29, 2023 and will reopen at 9 AM on January 2, 2023.
The Ovitt Family Community Library, Lewis Family Branch and the Recreation & Community Services buildings will close on Sunday, December 24 and Monday, December 25, 2023 as well as Sunday, December 31 and Monday, January 1, 2024.
The Museum of History & Art will close Sunday, December 24 through Tuesday, December 26 as well as Sunday, December 31, 2023 through Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
Police and Fire services will remain available 24/7.

Refuse and recycling service will not occur on Monday, December 25 or Monday, January 1, 2024. Collection will be provided one day later than your normal pickup day for the remainder of the week.
