CONNECT SOCAL IS HERE!
Every four years, the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) updates its visionary plan for the future of the region, Connect SoCal.
Connect SoCal outlines strategies to help our communities thrive when it comes to mobility, housing, economy, and the environment. This 2024 update of the plan will carefully consider the needs of our diverse population and expected challenges due to climate change.
SCAG’s process to develop Connect SoCal is an opportunity for everyone in our six-county region to share their thoughts on important issues that affect our everyday lives.
How can we best get around?
How can we meet the housing needs of our communities?
How can we ensure that our region develops in a way that meets the demands of the future?
How can we remain healthy, strong, and prosperous?

Military appreciation month is a time to honor and show gratitude for the sacrifices and service of the men and women who have served in the armed forces. It's a chance to recognize their bravery, courage, and dedication to protecting our country and preserving our freedoms.
In Ontario, the military banner program is an excellent way to pay tribute to local military members and their families. Each banner will remain up for a period of two years, then retired and given to the service member or family. If the family or service member would like the banner left up for additional service time, a second banner can be purchased by the family. It's a powerful way to recognize and celebrate the sacrifices and service of our military members, while also showcasing our community's pride and support for those who have served our country.
Let's Celebrate our love for the outdoors and our local parks! Join us for a fun-filled afternoon filled with outdoor recreation experiences, games, art in the park, S.T.E.M., & park stewardship.
