Recreation & Parks Master Plan Survey
The City of Ontario has commissioned a survey to assess community needs on existing parks and recreation facilities. Community input is an important part of this process and your feedback will be used to help guide decisions.
A random sampling of residents has been invited to take a survey, and these responses will provide statistically valid results. In addition, the City of Ontario invites all residents to provide feedback and input through an open-link survey by visiting www.ontarioparksurvey.org/open
The results of this survey will provide critical information in determining amenities, current facilities, community programming, and future needs. Even if you are not a current user, your survey response is valuable. Our goal is to better serve everyone.
This survey and data work are being conducted by RRC Associates. A total of 5,000 households in Ontario have been mailed a survey, and responses from these residents will comprise the statistically valid sample. The open-link survey will give all residents an opportunity to provide feedback, and their responses will be included in the final analysis. While open-link results will be kept separate from the statistically valid responses, these responses will none-the-less provide valuable feedback for the City of Ontario.
To learn more about the Recreation & Parks Master Plan, please visit www.OntarioCA.gov/RecreationMasterPlan or contact the Recreation & Community Services Department at (909) 395-2020.

The project will widen the existing I-10 freeway between the Los Angeles/San Bernardino County line and I-15, a distance of approximately 10 miles. The project includes two tolled express lanes in each direction. In addition, lanes to assist drivers getting on and off the freeway (auxiliary lanes) will be constructed in selected locations. West of Haven Avenue, a single new lane will be constructed and combined with the existing HOV lane to provide two express lanes in each direction. The HOV lane will still be available to motorists, but will increase from 2+ to 3+. East of Haven Avenue, two express lanes will be constructed. #gosbcta #sbexpresslanes #beprepared #planbuildmove
