Light rain didn’t damper the enthusiasm of 100,000 cyclists who showed up for Bay Area Bike to Work Day’s 25th anniversary on May 9. “I like the energy. That’s the best thing. Everyone cheering the people riding their bikes,” said MTC Chairman Scott Haggerty, who was at the energizer station at the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station early Thursday morning. Read more about the event and check out photos and a video from energizer stations all over the region.
