SB 1 Funds Accelerate Caltrans' Highway Repair Program Caltrans has identified more than 120 highway maintenance projects around the state to be undertaken through June next year with new funding from the Senate Bill 1 transportation financing package signed into law by Governor Jerry Brown last year. The fix-it list includes more than $42 million for 16 Bay Area projects in Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara and Solano counties. MORE
