Facade Improvement Grant Success
Junbi Matcha’s New Signs are a Hit!
🍵 Welcome Junbi Matcha & Tea to Mountain View! 🎉
The newest matcha spot in town, Junbi Matcha & Tea, just had their grand opening at The Dean at 450 San Antonio Rd (Suite K). This vibrant, exciting new cafe brings delicious matcha to downtown Mountain View, one of only a few locations in the Bay Area. As part of their launch, Junbi received a $5,000 grant from our Facade Improvement program to install eye-catching signage, enhancing the building’s exterior and creating a more welcoming, informational storefront for visitors.
Mountain View’s Facade Improvement Grant Program offers up to $15,000 in project grant assistance – and another $2,500 in architectural services – to help small businesses improve their public-facing storefronts with signage, painting, slight renovations and more.💡Applications are rolling but funding is limited, so apply now to take advantage of this opportunity to give your store a public-facing makeover!
