I attended last year. What's new?
We're always improving the event! There is a whole new lineup of workshops from different community partners. Look out for exciting opening activities, like Mindful LEGO® Minifigure Building, and new swag bags filled with mental health giveaways, goodies, stickers, healthy snacks, and more.
In addition, take a dip in the Cold Plunge Tub towards the end of the event to boost your energy level and improve your mood!

You'll be served lunch from Erik's Deli Cafe, have the chance to win awesome raffle prizes, enjoy ice cream or a popsicle, and we'll even send you home with a swag bag full of goodies!
