Cook Nook
π©π»βπ³ Want to learn how to cook nutritious food on a small budget? Join the Cook Nook, a free cooking class taught by teens, for teens! Over 90 minutes, students will be taught how to make a delicious falafel, in addition to a side of savory hummus. Students will develop a variety of skills, such as ingredient preparation, cooking techniques, mise en place, and more.π―

Adulting 101: Basic First Aid
π Thursday, Mar. 21 π 6-7 p.m. π The View Teen Center
This workshop will provide teens with introductory-level first aid, including CPR practice on manikins and how to call 911 in a medical emergency. The workshop will also cover topics like choking, using Narcan, bleeding, and more. This workshop is led by In Home CPR.

Join us from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at Whisman Sports Center.Β
Come play basketball, volleyball and indoor soccer or just hang out with your friends! Equipment provided, or you can bring your own. Student I.D. required for entry.
