Shoreline at Mountain View Trails Rules and Open Hours |
|
|
The weather may be getting darker earlier, and the days a little more wet, but Shoreline at Mountain View is still here for the community.
As we all adjust to the changes in weather and daylight savings, please review the rules around use of trails and parks pathways. The speed limit on our trail system is 15 mph but we recommend going slower when it may be wet. Also, please look for signs in case of trail closures due to weather-related events. The City will make every attempt to post trail closures on social media channels and the Trails webpage when they occur throughout the winter season. Staff will also post detour signs when there is a closure along the trail.
As a reminder, the City’s trail system still closes one half hour after sunset just like our parks due to how dark it can get on the trail. Please be careful and plan your rides accordingly, especially if you have a longer ride from the Shoreline Community to a southern section of the city or vice versa.
For more information, visit the Shoreline at Mountain View webpage.
