Fire Extinguisher 101
Join us for a workshop on how to properly use a fire extinguisher. This workshop will teach you skills and provide tips on how to extinguish a fire safely and confidently. There will also be a live demonstration which attendees will be allowed to participate in.

Budgeting 101 Presented by Silicon Valley Independent Living Center
Learn the importance of budgeting as well as simple steps to consider for financial success. Contrary to what many people tend to believe, creating a household budget is an uncomplicated process, even as simple as noting down each expense and keeping track of it every month. SVILC will provide example budgets to showcase in addition to general knowledge everyone should have when balancing finances.

Summer Sizzle June 14, 4-6 p.m.
The Mountain View Senior Center invites you to attend our Summer Sizzle Dance on Wednesday, June 14 from 4 – 6 p.m. in the Social Hall. This event will include a live DJ and delicious treats. Keep cool from the heat but don’t forget your dancing feet!

Indoor Dining
Community Sevices Agency's Senior Nutrition Program has a full dine in meal service in the Social Hall of the Mountain View Senior Center. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. Sign in will begin at 11 a.m. Lunch will be served from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. The Social Hall will close at 1 p.m.
Lunch service for Special Events is limited and first come, first served. On occasion, not all patrons can be served.

Movies are on Tuesdays and Fridays at 1 p.m.
Come to one of our movie showings in Multipurpose Room B. Maximum seating for movies is 36. First come, first serve.
When available, screenings have captions for the hard-of-hearing. There is no fee to enjoy these popular movies and seating begins 30 minutes before the show.
NOTE: Please bundle up or bring a lap blanket with you to the movie. The room tends to be on the cooler side.
