Meet with Kathleen Schaefer, Edith Lohmann and Michael Hornick of FEMA to learn about the San Francisco Bay Coastal Study. Residents who live within a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) might be affected. FEMA is responsible for Flood Rate Insurance Maps for the National Flood Insurance program.
