Supervisor Kate Sears here with information about Below-Market Rate Housing Lottery Drawings for Condos in Mill Valley. Applications are due by NOON on Tuesday, July 30th. See the announcement below and the attached descriptions.
The Marin Housing Authority would like to announce two more upcoming Below Market Rate Lottery Drawings, to be held on July 30 and July 31:
A 1 BR / 1 bath condo at Ashford Court in Mill Valley
$184,500
and
a 2 BR / 1 bath condo at Eucalyptus Knoll in Mill Valley
$218,000
These are both nicely renovated units!
The deadlines to apply are at noon on the drawing dates.
