Proposed Vacation Rental Regulations in the City of Sausalito
The Sausalito City Council will hold public hearings regarding proposed Vacation Rental Regulations which would allow the temporary rental (30-days or less) of residential properties located in the Residential Zoning Districts (i.e., R-1, R-2, R-3, Arks, and Houseboats) in 2012 and 2013. Short-term (30-days or less) rental units are currently prohibited in all Residential Zoning Districts.
The City Council will conduct two public hearings on June 12, 2012 and June 26, 2012 regarding the regulations.
