Talus Update from Supervisor Sackett

 

Dear Neighbors,

On Monday, September 11, at 1:00 p.m., the Marin County Planning Commission will hold a Design Review meeting to review Lots 1, 2, and 10-28 of the Talus Project. This is the second application submitted for the Talus Project. The first application included lots 3-9 and was approved at the July 10, 2023, Planning Commission meeting with amendments made to add standards on the front yard fencing and exterior building colors. 

This project is part of the Oakview Master Plan that allowed for 28 single-family homes. Six of the 28 homes are deed-restricted affordable housing units, and all the market-rate homes will include Accessory Dwelling Units. All lots on this project will be required to go through Design Review.
