Talus Update from Supervisor Sackett

 

Dear Neighbors,

I want to update you on the Talus project, as you are now seeing story poles. This project is part of the Oakview Master Plan that allowed for 28 single-family homes. 

Six of the 28 homes are deed-restricted affordable housing units, and all the market-rate homes will include Accessory Dwelling Units. All lots on this project will be required to go through Design Review.

The applicant has submitted two separate applications. The first application is tentatively scheduled to go before the Planning Commission on Monday, July 10, 2023.

The second application was submitted for lots 1, 2, and 10-28 located on Erin Drive. Lots 1, 2, and 10-28 are currently incomplete. We anticipate revisions to be made in the near future. The homes vary in size between 2,130-4,270 square feet.
