This Wednesday, September 30, I will be joining Senator McGuire for a Southern Marin community meeting on climate change and the growing size and scope of California’s wildfires.
We will discuss how climate change is making our summer and fall temperatures hotter, wildfire season longer, and fires larger. The Senator and his panel of local and state experts will share information on how you can become better prepared, and discuss what the state is doing to continue its leadership combatting climate change and investing in wildfire prevention and response.
