District 4 COVID-19 Update
County of Marin, California sent this bulletin at 03/16/2020 12:55 PM PDTDear District 4 Resident:
As you may be aware, Marin County is currently facing the tremendous challenge of addressing the spread of COVID-19, or commonly known as the Coronavirus. Out of abundance of caution to our community, especially our older adult residents, I am cancelling my spring series of Community Office Hours. We ultimately do not know how this virus will affect our community, but we must be proactive in reducing the potential spread.
I encourage you to care for one another and follow the recommended best practices offered by our Public Health Officer, Dr. Matt Willis. Click here to view a video. Click here to view the dedicated Marin Health and Human Services website on COVID-19.
Please reach out to a neighbor or family member by calling, leaving a note, or by safely paying a visit keeping in mind our social distancing guidelines. By checking in on one another you may be able to provide a needed meal or other assistance to our most vulnerable.
Lastly, my office is here to support you. Do not hesitate to contact me or my team with any information you wish to share. We will continue to work a full schedule (in some instances remotely) to respond to your concerns, emergencies, and inquiries for general support.
Sincerely,
Dennis Rodoni
