Emergency Preparedness and Fire Safety is top of mind for many of us. Please take a moment to review the resources below and do all that you can to be prepared.

Sign up for Alert Marin

Alert Marin is a program of the Marin County Sheriff’s Office. Please take a minute and be sure you are signed up to receive emergency alerts via text, phone and email. Register here.

Attend a PG&E Wildfire Safety Open House

PG&E is hosting a series of regional open houses for anyone who is interested in learning more about PG&E's Community Wildfire Safety Program, including the Public Safety Power Shutoff Program. These drop-in gatherings will allow community members to learn about wildfire safety and emergency preparedness, meet with PG&E representatives, ask questions and share feedback.

There is an open house scheduled in Marin on July 30 from 6-8 pm at Embassy Suites, San Rafael. No registration is necessary. For a list of all regional open houses go to PG&E's website.

Alternatively, there is a webinar scheduled this Wednesday, June 26 from 1-3pm. Register here to attend.
