Marin County Parks and Open Space Survey
Dear District 2 Resident,
As a lifelong resident of Marin, I appreciate and am inspired by the natural beauty of this County and by the values and priorities of visionary community leaders who made Marin the unique and wonderful place it is. A big part of that natural beauty comes from our County parks and open spaces that we can access/enjoy in our daily lives. Currently, Marin County Parks (Parks) cares for 34 open space preserves and 43 parks across 16,000 acres.
In 2012, Marin County voters approved Measure A to support wildland fire fuels reduction and vegetation management, address deferred maintenance in parks, improve roads and trails in open spaces, and implement projects that protect the outdoor places that make Marin such a special place. Now, as Parks plans for the future, they want to get your feedback about how you enjoy Marin’s parks and open spaces, what you think can be improved, and what projects you feel are most important.

Thank you for your participation. Together, we can preserve, protect, and enrich the natural beauty of Marin.
