Suicide Prevention Community Survey

District 5 Header Image 2016

Dear Friend,

The Marin County Department of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS) is distributing a Suicide Prevention Community Survey. The purpose of this survey is to get your opinion on the issue of suicide and what prevention efforts and support work best in your community. The BHRS will use the results of this survey to help create a county-wide suicide prevention strategic plan aiming to expand and strengthen suicide prevention efforts. By taking 5-10 minutes to complete the survey, you will be playing an important role in supporting the residents of Marin County. The survey is available until February 25. All responses are anonymous.

Please access this important survey here: Suicide Prevention Community Survey

If you, a friend or loved one needs support, Marin County collaborates with San Rafael-based Buckelew Programs to provide suicide prevention services. The hotline, 415-499-1100, provides around-the-clock free and confidential support for people in distress.

Thank you for sharing your voice and helping us to better serve the residents of Marin.

Sincerely,

Judy
