Marin's Suicide Prevention Survey

Rodoni Header

Dear District 4 Residents & Friends:

Since joining the Marin Board of Supervisor, I have been advocating for enhanced mental health services for our community. Since then, we have implemented a Laura’s Law Pilot Program and we continue to assess how to better serve our community. Marin County Health and Human Services is partnering with the Marin County Office of Education to better understand how suicide affects our community. I extend an opportunity to you all to take part in this community survey to help us understand how this issue affects you.

The purpose of Marin County’s suicide prevention survey is to get your opinion on the issue of suicide. And determine what prevention efforts work best for you and your community.  The Marin County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Department (BHRS) will use the results of this survey to help create a county-wide suicide prevention strategic plan. By taking this 5-10 minute survey, you will be playing an important role in supporting our residents of Marin County.

All responses are anonymous and please know that your opinion is important. The survey will be available until February 25. If you would like to learn more about the Suicide Prevention Strategic Plan and the work of BHRS in collaboration with the Marin County Public Health Department and Marin County Office of Education, please visit https://www.marinhhs.org/suicide-prevention.
