Dear OPP Recipients:

This is a reminder that your Cycle 16 (OPP16) application is due in one week and must be submitted in LoGOPP by June 30, 2025 (11:59 p.m.). Certified electronic signatures will be accepted on the Application Certification; the e-signature must be through Adobe Digital ID or another certified digital signature program (the “Fill and Sign” function in Adobe is not acceptable).

Resolutions and Letters of Authorization must be uploaded to the submitted application by the secondary due date, July 28, 2025. Document requirements vary by application type. Please review the OPP16 Guidelines for details.
