 2026 Recycling Program Rates

The In accordance with California Code of Regulations 2900, this notice announces the changes to recycling program rates, including refund value per segregated pound, refund value per commingled pound, and containers per segregated pound for each type of recycling program.
The 2026 Program Rates Public Hearing was held on October 31, 2025, to inform program participant of the 2026 Program Rates. Questions and comments regarding the 2026 Program Rates will be accepted until 5 pm on November 7, 2025, and can be sent to RateDetermination@CalRecycle.ca.gov
