Please find attached FEMA’s FAQ Update: COVID-19 Pandemic: Public Assistance Disposition Requirements for Equipment and Supplies Frequently Asked Questions Version 2. The attached FAQ Update provides a list of questions/concerns you and your entity may have pertaining to disposition and disposal requirements for equipment and supplies, and demobilization, including warehousing costs.
In addition, please note that President Biden's Administration declared May 11, 2023, as the work completion deadline for work performed between 7/2/22-5/11/23 (i.e., 90% Federal cost share period).
