The Sacramento County Public Health (SCPH) is offering the COVID-19 Vaccine to its first responders, justice, and public safety personnel that work in Sacramento County. Cal OES employees are considered first responders, and as such, the County is extending this offer to Cal OES. To prioritize the limited number of vaccination supplies, Cal OES is providing this offer to employees using a tiered approach.
Please note, this is to inform you of the vaccine’s availability as a Cal OES employee and is not mandatory.
If you have already received this message and obtained the vaccine, or if you do not wish to receive the vaccine at this time, no further action is required.
This notification is not to obtain your second dose if you have already received the first dose. Upon receiving the first dose, the administering organization will contact you to make an appointment to receive the second dose via the email listed on your initial registration form.
Appointments are made on a first-come first-serve basis. Notice of additional appointments will be sent as soon as Sacramento County Public Health provides the links to Cal OES. Please be patient as we wait for future appointments.
