County of Los Angeles Employee COVID-19 Testing Sites Updates

COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES EMPLOYEE COVID-19 TESTING SITES UPDATES

The purpose of this communication is to inform you of upcoming changes to the County of Los Angeles (County) Employee COVID-19 Testing Sites (Employee Testing Sites).

Closures in Observance of César Chávez Day

On Monday, March 28, 2022, in observance of the César Chávez Day holiday, the following five (5) County Employee Testing Sites will be closed:

1. Curtis Tucker Center for Community Wellness – 123 W. Manchester Blvd., Inglewood, CA 90301
2. Harbor UCLA Medical Center - 1000 W. Carson Street, Torrance, CA 90509
3. Internal Services Department (ISD) - 1100 N. Eastern Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90063
4. LAC+USC Medical Center - 2020 Zonal Avenue, Unit 620, Los Angeles, CA, 90033
5. Olive View-UCLA Medical Center - 14445 Olive View Drive, Sylmar, CA 91343

Change in Testing Location

Effective Wednesday, March 30, 2022, La Puente Health Center, located at 15930 Central Avenue, La Puente, CA 91744, will be closed as a County Employee Testing Site.

In its place, starting Tuesday, April 5, 2022, a new County Employee Testing Site will open.
The location is:

El Monte Comprehensive Health Center
10953 Ramona Boulevard, El Monte, CA 91731
(Parking lot located at Ramona Boulevard and Tyler Avenue, near Bank of America)

Hours of Operation:
Tuesdays from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The new testing site will be exclusive to County employees; therefore, all County employees can test at this site regardless of vaccination status and purpose of testing.
