SYLMAR, CA – Olive View–UCLA Medical Center, a public hospital run by LA Health Services, is seeking the media and public’s help in identifying a patient who has been hospitalized since 4/13/2026.
Sex: Female
Age: Unknown, possibly in her 60's
Height: 5'2"
Weight: 112 lbs
Hair: Dark brown hair (Currently shaved)
Eyes: Blue
Other descriptive information:
Patient has a dream catcher tattoo on her left shoulder with the words "Seaurchin Hawk", and a rose tattoo colored in red about two inches in diameter above her left breast.
The unidentified female was found in the City of Santa Monica.
