Discuss and take action on a presentation by L.A. County Probation Department Chief Guillermo Viera Rosa responding to the POC's proposed solutions to depopulate LPJH. The POC will also discuss and take possible action on the Probation's Depopulation Plan, Global Plan, and the outcome of the Order to Show Cause hearing held on May 16, 2025.
