WHO CAN GET THE VACCINE: Anyone aged 6 months and older - regardless of insurance or immigration status. *Minors must be accompanied by parent/guardian.
VACCINES AVAILABLE: Updated COVID-19 Vaccines + Flu shots (while supplies last)
WALK-IN or APPOINTMENT: Walk-ins are welcome, or you may make an appointment by following the instructions below.
APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
- To make an appointment, visit bit.ly/dbhvaccine and follow the prompts.

❗IMPORTANT: In the "Please select which vaccine..." section, you must select "Other vaccine(s)" in order to make an appointment for this Burton Chace Park location (see example below).
3. In the "Let's make an appointment" section, type "90292" and then select the "Venice, CA 90292" option from the drop-down menu (see example below).
4. In the list of search results, select "DPH-MVT /Burton Chace Park's Community Room" and then click "Schedule appointment".
