Minute for Medicine - Good Catches
Good Catches, or instances of care where healthcare professionals go above and beyond to protect patients, provide an occasion to celebrate and recognize the accomplishments of individuals and teams at DHS. Recognizing healthcare professionals and the contributions they make to keeping patients safe can help create a work climate that is characterized by strong communication and positivity. This short video serves as a reminder of the value that Good Catches can bring to DHS's safety culture.
