UCLA Basketball Ticket Vaccine Incentive Giveaway Flyer

Providers, UCLA has partnered with DPH to offer free tickets to an upcoming UCLA Men’s Basketball game for individuals receiving any dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. LA county residents of all ages who have received any dose (primary or booster) of the COVID-19 vaccine during the month of December are eligible to claim a pair of free tickets. This vaccine incentive giveaway is available while supplies last through next Wednesday (12/21). For more information and to share with your patients please see the attached flyer. For pop-up events we recommend printing the flyers and displaying near the vaccination area. Thank you.
