Harbor-UCLA Medical Center Seeks Public’s Help in Identifying Patient

LOS ANGELES, Calif. - On November 22, 2022, at 9:30 a.m., an unidentified Caucasian female was brought into the hospital by the LA County Homeless Outreach Team.  

The woman was found in the City of Carson at Avalon and Carson and has been homeless for many years.

Her health has started to deteriorate and she is now gravely disabled.   

The hospital is seeking the public’s and news media’s help in identifying this patient because she has no documentation or evidence of her identity with her in her property. 

Below is a general description of the patient; anyone with information that may help to identify her is asked to contact the hospital at (424) 306-6310.

Sex:  Female

Race/Ethnicity:  Caucasian

Approximate age:  70-80

Eyes:  Blue

Hair:  Medium brown, short

Height:  4’8”

Weight:  130 pounds

Other descriptive information:  Patient has short, choppy, brown hair, blue-green eyes, facial wrinkles, and no teeth or dentures.  She has no eyebrows.  She is very forgetful.
