Reporting & Analytics Manager in Performance Improvement, The individual will prepare and disseminate strategic reports across the ACN in support of the organization’s portfolio of strategic improvement initiatives

Performance Improvement Program Coordinator, The individual will conduct research; monitor, record, and document progress on all Improvement activities; and complete data analysis and reporting, working with Improvement Facilitators and the Associate Director for Performance Improvement

Improvement Facilitator, The individual will facilitate a portfolio of performance improvement initiatives to achieve key, strategic objectives of the ACN.

LA County Dept. of Parks and Recreation Offering Free Lifeguard Training Program
![LRT Program](https://content.govdelivery.com/attachments/fancy_images/CALACOUNTY/2022/10/6625260/4391554/lifeguard-program-page-1_crop.jpg) LA County Dept. of Parks and Recreation is expanding its free youth Lifeguard Ready Training (LRT) program and keeping open 9 seasonal pools open from October 2022 to June 2023 as training facilities.
DPR’s goal is to train 500+ youths, between 16 to 24 years, to become LA County Pool Lifeguards. The program will provide all needed equipment to complete the program: swimsuits, towels, duffel bags, and free transportation to their chosen training facility etc. Participants are expected to attend all 12 training sessions.
All candidates who pass the program and the qualifying swimming test will receive a lifeguard candidate position that pays $19.27 an hour and offers benefits.
