The Los Angeles County Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) is releasing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to qualified proposers to administer the County of Los Angeles Loan Servicing and Consulting Services Program, which issues small loans to small businesses that are funded with a variety of local and federal monies within Los Angeles County. DEO is seeking a Contractor to provide monetary and non-monetary Loan Servicing and Consulting Services to small businesses currently part of the DEO’s loan portfolio.

Anticipated Contract Term One Year with the option to extend Four Additional One Year Terms for a Total of 5 Years. Minimum Requirements See Section 3 of the RFP
