- Los Angeles County Department of Public Health is partnering with early care and education providers to offer free technical assistance with COVID-19 health and safety best practices.

If you test positive and have symptoms of COVID-19, you may be able to get treatment to keep you out of the hospital.
- Don’t delay. Call a doctor right away, visit a Test-to-Treat site, or use the Public Health Telehealth Service by calling (833) 540-0473.
- If you can’t get a COVID-19 vaccine for medical reasons, you can get medicine to help protect you from getting COVID-19.

Talk to your healthcare provider if you want more information or think these medicines are right for you.
- If you do not have a healthcare provider, call the Public Health Call Center at 1-(833)-540-0473.

COVID-19 treatment and prevention medicines are free, but there may be charges from your healthcare provider.
- If you have health insurance, check your plan to see if it covers all costs.
- If you are uninsured, ask the pharmacy, hospital, or doctor’s office about other fees.
- Visit the COVID-19 Medicines Page (http://ph.lacounty.gov/covidmedicines) or the DPH COVID-19 Medicines Outreach Toolkit for easy-to-read, downloadable materials like flyers and social media posts.
