Don’t Forget Your Second Vaccine Dose
It is very important to get both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. Your body will not build the protection it needs if you do not get the second dose. Make sure you get your second dose at the place where you got your first dose. Be sure to bring your vaccination card with you. If you have questions about your second dose, call your clinic.

LA County Department of Public Health (DPH) Adding More Groups for Vaccines
We are following public health guidelines on when people can get the vaccine. DPH has announced these groups are next:
- Education and Childcare workers;
- Food and Agriculture workers;
- Emergency Services workers including law enforcement.
The number of vaccines available is still very limited but Health Services hopes to start vaccinating the next group soon.
