Community help:

One Degree is a website that has information on where you can find food, housing, childcare and financial help in your area. You can also find COVID-19 resources through the website.

Legal help:

Medical Legal Community Partnership  can give DHS patients no-cost legal help over the phone. Lawyers can help you with questions about unemployment, disability, evictions, Medi-Cal and more. Call your medical clinic for a referral or you can also call (818) 485-0575.

Project Turnkey

Housing help:

Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority  can help if you need shelter or are at risk of becoming homeless.

Food Help:

Cal Fresh (also known as food stamps) can help you buy more food. You may be able to get Cal-Fresh if you get CalWORKs, General Relief or Supplemental Social Security Income. Apply here or call (866) 613-3777.

LA County Department of Mental Health can help you or loved ones who are feeling sad or stressed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Click here or call their 24/7 Helpline at (800) 854-7771.

Immigration help:

The LA County Office of Immigrant Affairs helps immigrants get connected with the services they need. Visit here or call (800) 593-8222 for more information.

COVID-19 questions or nurse advice:

Please visit our COVID-19 Website. For questions, call your clinic or our COVID-19 Nurse Advice Call Line: 844-804-0055, from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M., 7 days a week.

Our Urgent Cares are open if you can’t wait for an appointment. Please go to the emergency room only if you think you have an illness or injury that is life-threatening. Examples include trouble breathing, severe wound, chest pain, or other symptoms of a heart attack or stroke.
