WHAT:
Fire Explorers from throughout Southern California will gather and participate in this weekend’s highly anticipated muster competition at the Los Angeles County Fire Department’s Fire Station 187. The annual event features six well-known events that incorporate current and generations-old firefighting tactics, including the Bucket Brigade and Hose Cart Pull. Athleticism and skill are important factors in this friendly competition that showcases teamwork and camaraderie. Along with the coveted Perpetual Trophy, awards will be given to first, second and third place teams in all events.
