Jamboree & Michelson Pedestrian Bridge Lane Closure
Crews continue to build the tower walls for the Jamboree & Michelson Pedestrian Bridge project. This work requires the closure of the dedicated right-turn lane from westbound Michelson Drive to northbound Jamboree Road.
A temporary traffic pattern allows vehicles to make a right turn via a dedicated right-turn lane. Revised striping and signage are in place to direct motorists.
Work occurs weekdays from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The Jamboree & Michelson Pedestrian Bridge aims to improve pedestrian safety, ease traffic congestion, and serve as a gateway monument for anyone entering the Irvine Business Complex. It is expected to be completed in 2027.
Every effort will be made to keep traffic flowing and minimize disruptions, but delays should be expected. Please consider using alternate routes.
