Building 369 Renovation
The Building 369 Project is an adaptive reuse of an existing 30,000-square-foot base-era structure. It will serve as the preeminent event center for the City and will be one of the largest standalone flexible indoor event spaces in Orange County, with additional indoor/outdoor overflow opportunities into the surrounding park space.
The renovated facility will feature modern spaces designed to host a wide range of community programs, cultural events, meetings, private rentals, and City-hosted activities.
Located at the center of the Great Park Cultural Terrace, at the northeast corner of Marine Way and Skyhawk, Building 369 will serve as a key hub within the approximately 117-acre space.
The project is currently in the final design phase, with construction bidding anticipated in early 2026 and construction expected to begin in summer 2026.
