Roadway Improvements and Traffic Advisories

August 20–27, 2025

In addition to the projects listed below that may impact your commute, you can find information on work being done to enhance our City on the Capital Improvement Projects Map and the Road Construction Map.

Lane Closures on Culver Drive and Alton Parkway

There will be multiple lane closures in both directions along Culver Drive and Alton Parkway next week as the City paves the intersection.

Work will take place Tuesday, August 26, through Friday, August 29, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. At certain times, left-turn traffic movements will be restricted and only one through lane of traffic movement will be maintained.

Significant traffic delays are anticipated. Motorists are strongly advised to use alternate routes and follow posted detours prior to reaching the intersection.

This is the final phase of construction for this intersection improvement project, which is expected to be complete in September.

Every effort will be made to keep traffic flowing and minimize disruptions, but delays should be expected, and motorists should consider using alternate routes.
