Improve balance and concentration while having fun! This ongoing class caters to beginners acquiring essential skills, and experienced dancers learning new, advanced patterns and reaching toward masterful dancing. Each four-week session emphasizes a different dance to develop specific techniques. All levels welcome. No partner needed. Dance shoes are required.

Better Life Boxing
Enjoy fun, challenging, and safe boxing workouts that keep your body and brain healthy. You will perform exercises to help improve your balance and coordination as well as overall strength. This workout gets your body moving and heart rate going — all while having fun. All levels welcome. Bring a yoga mat, towel, water, and boxing gloves (12 oz.). Daily drop-in available: $22 per class.
