Expand your palate and celebrate cultural connection at our Cultural Cooking Class, where you’ll learn to prepare authentic dishes from around the world. This session dives into the bold flavors and techniques of Chinese cuisine, led by seasoned culinary expert Chef Paul Huang.
What’s on the Menu? Chef Huang will show you how to make healthy, easy-to-cook recipes you can enjoy at home, including:

You’ll also get a brief lecture on cooking techniques and proper food handling before a step-by-step live demonstration. Recipes and instructions will be yours to take home so you can recreate the dishes with confidence.

Travel Adventure Slideshow: South Pacific
Take a virtual trip through the South Pacific and experience the cultures and landscapes of Guam, Easter Island, Vanuatu, Fiji, and the Kingdom of Tonga. Exploring SoCal: Coronado Enchantment
Escape to Coronado, the picturesque island located across the bay from downtown San Diego. Enjoy leisure time for browsing and lunch on your own in Coronado Village, then continue to the legendary Hotel del Coronado Museum — a National Historic Landmark that evokes the legacy and magic of nearly two centuries. Finish the afternoon with a gondola ride through the canals of the Coronado Cays. Roundtrip transportation, admission per itinerary, and gratuities are included. Ages 18+.
