Phase 3 improvements include:
- Construction of landscape islands at the end of each row along the main drive-through lane from Harvard. These areas affect grading and drainage and need to be installed before the irrigation and solar system conduits.
Phase 3 will have a significant impact on the availability of parking near the Civic Center entrance. Work will be done Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Additional parking is available off of Harvard Avenue and San Juan.
Access to City Hall and Irvine Child Development Center will be maintained while work is being done.
