Culver Drive and Alton Parkway Intersection Improvements

Intersection improvements will take place at Culver Drive and Alton Parkway beginning Monday, January 6. Work will continue Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. until spring 2025. The project will be completed in phases. Phase one will close the right turn pockets on Culver Drive in both the westbound and eastbound directions and the right turn pocket on Alton Parkway in the northbound direction just south of Culver.

Improvements will take place behind K-rail and include removing and replacing asphalt, curb and gutter, curb ramps, and sidewalks as well as implementing traffic signal modifications and other utility adjustments.

Every effort will be made to keep traffic flowing and minimize disruptions; however, delays should be expected and motorists should consider using alternate routes.
