Jeffrey Road and Alton Parkway Bike Lane Closure
The bike lane in the northbound direction on Jeffrey Road just south of the Alton Parkway intersection will be closed Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., through December.
Part of the Jeffrey Road and Alton Parkway intersection improvement project, the work includes curb and gutter, sidewalk, irrigation, and paving renovations. All work will be done behind K-rail.
The expected project completion date is May 2025. Every effort will be made to keep traffic flowing and minimize disruptions during the work; however, delays should be expected, and motorists should consider using alternate routes.

Irvine Center Drive Pavement Rehabilitation
Pavement rehabilitation will be done on Irvine Center Drive, from Pacifica to Lake Forest Drive, beginning this month and continuing through spring 2025. Project work hours will include day and night work depending on the project phase. Work will begin Monday, November 25, at 9 a.m. Work will continue Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
As part of the second phase of the project, night work is scheduled along Irvine Center Drive from Pacifica to I-405 Freeway ramps beginning March 2025 through May 2025. The expected project completion date is spring 2025.

Armstrong Fiber Installation
Construction is underway along Armstrong Avenue and Alton Parkway weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through late December.
The work being done involves installing conduit, pull boxes, and fiber optic infrastructure along both roads to connect City Hall to a building on Armstrong that will eventually include City department offices.
