Take Our Survey! Consider Transportation Alternatives on South Yale Avenue

The community is invited to take our online survey to provide input on various bicycle and pedestrian-friendly alternatives to be considered for future development along South Yale between the 405 Freeway and University Drive.

A citywide virtual meeting was held Wednesday, March 8, to share more about these alternatives that were developed from community input received in October 2022. If you missed the meeting, you can view it here

The South Yale Corridor Improvement Project aims to better utilize the available roadway space to best serve community needs. Take the survey here. For more information, and to view the meeting or presentation slides, visit cityofirvine.org/sharestheway

Swinging in the palm court

Enjoy Jazz and Swing Music at Great Park

The second of three “Swingin’ in the Palm Court” jazz and swing concerts is this Sunday!

Inspired by the music that filled the banquet halls of early MCAS El Toro, now Great Park, this event echoes the recreational activities servicemen and women enjoyed while stationed here. Bring folding chairs and blankets for seating around the Gallery and Palm Court.

Invite your family and friends and join us Sunday, March 12, from 1 to 3 p.m.

This event is free to attend, with no advanced registration required. For more information, visit yourgreatpark.org/arts.
